Honor 10 Lite review: picking up a bit opens up a lot of potential

Honor 10 Lite, the latest budget smartphone from the Huawei sub-brand, makes a bad first impression. It suffers from spam notifications, is associated with aggressive battery management settings and puts its face detection software forward and to the center, despite the fact that this feature is clearly not ready for prime time. The first time you use it, the price of £ 199 (€ 229, about $ 253) seems acceptable.

However, spend a little time searching for and fixing any problems, setting up parameters and setting up experience, and you’ll have a device that seems to cost much more. This is a great demonstration of Android customizability, but these are steps that you don’t need to do first.
